Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our Aftersales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling automotive parts and accessories to customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the automotive aftermarket.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on automotive parts and accessories.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license is an added advantage.

Education

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
  • A relevant qualification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role.
