About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Receive and attend to visitors.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other business documents.
  • Maintain office records and confidential information.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Support management with administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Added Advantage

  • Experience using office management software.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting procedures.
  • Valid driver's licence.
