JOB DETAILS:
Primary Qualifications
Grade 12 certificate
Must be a qualified artisan
10 years proven experience in construction trades (Bricklaying, plumbing, carpentry, electrical etc.)
Prior experience in leading crews, acting as a foreman, or assistant supervisor is highly preferred
In-depth knowledge of building techniques, materials, and their appropriate applications
Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications
Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety standards and hazard identification
Good communication and organizing skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
