Securities Dealer
Richmond Capital Limited
Lusaka, Zambia
Richmond Capital Limited is looking for a licensed Securities Dealer to join our SEC Zambia-regulated capital markets team. You will execute client trades on the Lusaka Securities Exchange and support our growing investment business.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- CFA, CISI, or equivalent qualification highly desirable
- Holder of (or eligible for) SEC Zambia Dealer’s Representative Licence
- 3+ years in securities dealing or investment banking
- Strong knowledge of LuSE rules and CSDZ procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Sharp analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong compliance orientation and integrity
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced markets
