Responsibilities or duties

Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems from the control room.

Communicate with security guards through radio or telephone and coordinate their activities.

Assign patrol routes and guard posts.

Respond quickly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.

Maintain security logs, reports, and incident records.

Control and monitor entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles.

Ensure guards follow security procedures and company policies.

Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to manage

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Age between 25 – 35 years

Minimum qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent

Must be able to read, write and speak English

Must be Computer Literate (a must)

Must be familiar with packages inclusive of (Microsoft word, excel)

Physically fit and well disciplined

Experience needed

Experience will be an added advantage

Experience in security services or security supervision is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of CCTV and security systems.
