• Lead and coordinate a security team, ensuring smooth daily operations and confident coverage.
• Manage surveillance CCTV and access control systems.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, maintaining calm, control, and safety.
• Create and enforce safety rules and security procedures.
• Work closely with HODs and local police to maintain a safe environment.
• Manage team patrols and security rounds, identifying risks early.
• Investigate incidents and support evidence-based follow-up.
• Maintain incident reports, investigations records, and documentation.
• Drive risk management initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor staff on safety protocols, security awareness, and emergency response.

• Proven experience in hotel security, private security, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control, and security operations

• Ability to communicate professionally and coordinate with management and authorities
• Valid security certification/license (where applicable in your location)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends
• Training/experience in emergency response and first aid (where available)
• Background in security management, law enforcement, or corrections (if applicable)
• Experience coordinating with police and local authorities
• Strong computer skills for reporting and documentation
