Responsibilities

• Provide security and protection of company property, staff, and clients.
• Conduct access control, patrols, and surveillance
• Record and report all incidents and occurrences
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• For Armed Guards: Safe handling and custody of firearms in line with regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate or higher
• Minimum 2 years experience in security services preferred
• For Armed Guards: Valid Firearms Training Certificate & Clean record with ZP/Paramilitary background is an added advantage
• Physically fit and able to work shifts including nights and weekends
• Must be disciplined, alert, and of good character
• Must not have any criminal record - Police Clearance will be required
• Residents of Solwezi and Chama will have an added advantage.
