Responsibilities:

• Conduct security patrols and spot checks to detect risks and vulnerabilities of company premises.
• Supervise hired security guards and ensure deployments are done according to procedures.
• Prepare and submit security incident reports to the Chief Security Officer.
• Implement security policies and procedures to safeguard people and property.
• Assess potential security threats and conduct audits to ensure effectiveness of security measures.
• Develop and deliver security training programs for employees.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Certificate with Five (5) O Levels
• Certificate in Police/Military and Investigations training
• Diploma will be an added advantage
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a comparable organization
• Valid Driver’s License (Ability to Drive Manual Vehicle)
