Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling transport routes for drivers.
• Monitor and track shipments and deliveries to ensure they arrive on time.
• Maintain transport and logistics records, including delivery notes and fuel usage.
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to coordinate transport activities.
• Help prepare shipping and transport documentation.
• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
• Report delays, accidents, or transport issues to the logistics supervisor.
• Assist in loading and unloading coordination when necessary.
• Monitor inventory movement between warehouses or locations.
• Ensure compliance with company transport policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, BSC in Transport Management
• Previous experience in transport, logistics, operations is an advantage of 2-3 years of transport experience
• Have extensive experience in cross broder fleet transportation managenment
