JOB DETAILS:

Zimworx is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, hands-on experience with AR and AP, and the ability to manage financial processes efficiently. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes accurately and timely.
• Perform balance sheet and credit card reconciliations.
• Oversee acquisition accounting processes and support financial reporting.
• Maintain and optimize QuickBooks accounting system, including setup and ongoing management.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights for decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AR and AP accounting.
• Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on QuickBooks expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with acquisition accounting processes.
• Familiarity with DataRails is a plus.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
