Responsibilities or duties
Responsible for ensuring that outsourced labour contracts are complied with and properly tracked and utilized as stipulated. Support the Administration in general administration functions and business strategy. Lead the drafting and negotiation of complex, non-standard contracts, terms and conditions in all third-party labour contracts. Facilitate the recruitment of all third-party contract staff once requests are received from HODs and engage third party Management to process the request. Ensure all agreements comply with corporate policies, legal regulations and procurement standards. Responsible for proper management and monitoring of third-party labour contractors. Facilitate and monitor the correctness of the invoices raised by vendors for payment. Raise service entry sheets for outsourced labour contractors to ensure payments are made timely by constantly following up with internal control. Responsible for tracking manpower manning levels for all outsourced staff and submission of monthly reports to relevant HOSs with HR department. Oversee contract modifications, renewals, and terminations, preventing costly auto renewals. Maintain and monitor the state and cleanliness of the public conveniences of DCP in line with DCP health and safety standards. Ensuring that all stakeholder engagement meetings are arranged, and reports submitted to management on monthly basis. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business units, legal counsel, and external contractors to resolve disputes and align requirements. Assist the Administration Manager in running the day-to-day affairs of the section. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Manager.
