Optimises on-site resources at an operational level. Always ensures compliance with safety and quality assurance standards. Monitors and controls production costs and optimises site productivity. Primary Qualifications:

  • Must be a Zambian Citizen
  • Trade Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction
  • Management or any related field
  • Not less than 15 years of experience in civil construction
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
  • Site supervision and management
  • Material and equipment management
  • Quality control and Health and Safety compliance
  • Must have a valid Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) membership certificate.
