JOB DETAILS:

A reputable private organization is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead a high-performance culture and drive organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Talent Development: Implement strategies to enhance workforce capabilities and culture.
• Financial Accountability: Partner with leadership to optimize labor costs and operational efficiency.
• Reward & Recognition: Maintain fair and competitive compensation practices.
• Culture of Excellence: Foster a high-performance environment across all functions.
• Employee Relations (ER): Provide hands-on support to maintain a positive ER climate.
• Diversity & Wellbeing: Champion health, wellness, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in HR leadership (both operational and corporate settings).
• Industry Background: FMCG experience is a strong advantage.
• Skills:
  • Strong strategic and operational HR expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and drive change.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
