JOB DETAILS:
A reputable private organisation is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead a high performance culture and drive organisation change
Key duties:
- HR strategy implementation
- Governance and compliance
- Talent development: implementation of strategies to align with people and culture business practices
- Financial accountability: partner with line to streamline operations and reduce labour costs
- Maintain Financial governance and ensure equitable reward practices
- Promoting a culture of excellence across functions
- Providing on the ground support to ensure a positive ER climate
- Championing health, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion programmes
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelors degree in HRM or related field. Masters degree will be an added advantage
- 10+ years of HR leadership on both operational and corporate settings
- Experience in working for FMCG will be a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Profiency in MS office
