Oversee day-to-day HR operations including staff attendance, leave management, and employee records; coordinate recruitment processes and new employee onboarding; manage employee disciplinary and grievance procedures; support performance appraisal processes and training coordination; ensure accurate and timely documentation of all HR activities; assist the HR Manager in policy implementation and staff engagement initiatives; and supervise junior HR staff.
