The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) is a statutory body established under the National Pension Scheme Act No. 40 of 1996. Responsibilities

The Senior Human Resource Officer will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
  • Administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Assisting in performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification from the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
