Our client in Zambia, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor – HVAC-R to join their team for a job vacancy within the construction industry.

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
The suitable candidate must possess:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in the field of HVAC-R is a must
- Computer literate and fully conversant with standard packages such as MS-Office, AutoCAD and other construction design programs
- Must be able to read, interpret and work with construction project designs and drawings
- Solid Experience with working with HVAC-R designs is a must
- At least 5 years working experience in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor
- Construction project site management experience is of an advantage
- Will be required to measure work progressed works and submit claims for payment processing
- Should have a creative and innovative approach to problem solving
- Strong numeracy and financial management skills
- Should have more than 5 years previous experience in the same role
- Member of the EIZ.
- Holder of a clean valid drivers’ licence.
- Must be able to lead, teach and train juniors. A multitasker.
