SHAWARMA CHEF (1)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve shawarma and related menu items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage kitchen and food preparation areas, ensuring cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages in a timely manner.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade twelve (12) Certificate
• Prior experience in shawarma preparation is an added advantage.
• Strong work ethic, honesty, and reliability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
