JOB DETAILS:
Three Oaks Investments Limited seeks to recruit the services of credible Shift Supervisors to join the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise staff during assigned shifts
- Handle customer queries or complaints during the shift
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Ensure staffs follow store procedures and safety rules
- Report any incidents or issues to the Store Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate or Diploma in any field will be an added advantage
- Must be a Zambian citizen with a valid NRC
- No criminal record
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
