Job Overview:
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor – Electrical Loading Units to coordinate and lead a team of electricians during scheduled shifts, ensuring the efficient operation of the mine’s electric loading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support electrical maintenance teams across shifts
• Oversee electrical work on loading equipment and related infrastructure
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Plan and prioritize work based on maintenance schedules and emergencies
• Provide shift reports and escalate critical issues to senior management
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce discipline and compliance

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical or Power Engineering
• 4+ years of hands-on experience, 2+ years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and shift operations
• Knowledge of SAP or other maintenance systems is an advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: associate degree
