Background

Heartlands Best is seeking a Shop Supervisor – Feed & Chicks to manage and grow sales of poultry feed and day-old chicks. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong sales discipline and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shop staff and drive daily sales targets
• Manage sales of poultry feed and day-old chicks
• Grow farmer and agro-dealer customer base
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate re-orders
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
• Ensure excellent customer service and shop presentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Agriculture or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years sales or retail supervision experience
• Poultry/agricultural background is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills
• Basic computer and sales reporting knowledge
