Background

Heartlands Best is looking for a Shop Supervisor – Frozen Chicken to oversee retail sales of frozen poultry products and manage daily shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shop attendants and ensure daily sales targets are met
• Manage sales and promotion of frozen chicken products
• Maintain stock control, cold-room hygiene and product rotation
• Build relationships with walk-in and bulk customers
• Prepare sales and stock movement reports
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Food Science, Agriculture or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years retail sales or supervision experience
• Experience in frozen foods or FMCG is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills
• Basic computer and sales reporting knowledge
