JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years total experience
• At least 10 years experience on similar road construction works
• Registered with a professional engineering body

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all site construction operations
• Implement the construction program and monitor daily progress
• Supervise earthworks, drainage, pavement, and structural works
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports and verify quantities
• Manage resources, subcontractors, and local labor
• Enforce health and safety requirements
• Support contract administration and coordinate with local authorities and communities
