Position: Site Manager

Reporting to: General Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager at a fuelling station to oversee daily operations, safety compliance, staff management and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all day-to-day operations of the filling station, forecourt and convenience store.
• Ensure the station operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies, procedures and brand standards.
• Ensure adequate staffing and effective shift coverage at all times.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency.
• Monitor the condition and performance of pumps, tanks, POS systems and other site equipment.
• Report and follow up on operational breakdowns and maintenance requirements promptly.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a highly related retail field
• basic math and computer skills,
• knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Deep familiarity with modern Point of Sale (POS) tools
• Automated Tank Gauging (ATG) hardware
• shift-reconciliation systems
• and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership
