Titan Drilling is hiring

We are seeking experienced, safety-conscious, and motivated professionals to join our growing team across various mining operations in Northwestern Zambia. Successful candidates will be responsible for performing their respective duties efficiently while adhering to company policies, industry standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the position but generally include:

  • Perform assigned duties professionally and efficiently.
  • Comply with all occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Operate, inspect, maintain, or repair equipment as required.
  • Report hazards, incidents, and equipment defects promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow company procedures and mining industry best practices.
  • Complete assigned tasks within required timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
  • Minimum age of 25 years.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in the applied field.
  • Relevant trade certificate, professional qualification, or valid operating licence where applicable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a demanding mining environment.
