JOB OPPORTUNITY – SITE SUPERVISOR (1 POSITION)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Organization

A private company is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Site Supervisor.

Location: Lusaka / Project Sites (Zambia)

Overall Responsibility

• Supervise daily civil or road construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with the client, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Assign and manage daily tasks for workers and construction crews.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings and quality standards.
• Report site progress and resolve day-to-day site issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in civil building or road construction.
• Proven experience supervising workers, subcontractors, and site operations.
• Ability to read construction drawings and organize daily site activities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• No degree required; practical site experience is essential.
