We Are HIRING
DBK Management Consulting is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies
- Create engaging graphics, videos, captions, and other content
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
- Monitor social media performance and prepare reports
- Manage paid social media campaigns and advertising
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing corporate social media accounts
- Strong knowledge of the Zambian digital market
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
