Our client in Hospitality, is looking for a Spa Manager  to join their team for a job vacancy within the Hospitality Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the spa team to achieve excellent service standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Develop staff schedules and oversee daily operations.
• Monitor inventory and order spa products and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Drive revenue through promotions, memberships, and retail product sales.
• Prepare operational reports and manage the spa budget.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all guests.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Spa Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a spa, wellness centre, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good business acumen with the ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with spa booking systems is an added advantage.
• Professional appearance with a passion for wellness and guest satisfaction.
