JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Station Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and excel in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the station.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Proven retail experience; experience within the OMC industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High level of maturity and integrity.
- Flexibility to work in any location within Zambia.
