Background

We are seeking a detail-oriented Statistics / Production Data Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting our Production and PMC (Production & Material Control) teams with planning, reporting, and material management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the PMC team with production planning and schedule releases.
• Create material requisition forms based on production plans.
• Verify and confirm raw material requisitions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily production reports.
• Handle all production data entry and reporting.
• Conduct and verify line-side warehouse raw material inventory checks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or higher in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Production Management, or a related field.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with production and warehouse operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.), SAP, and other office software.
