Gaulani Agrovet Zambia Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, hardworking and self-motivated candidates for the positions below:

STOCK & CREDIT CONTROL OFFICER (3 POSITIONS)

KEY TASKS

• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Process stock receipts, issues and returns.
• Reconcile stock data with system and physical counts.
• Manage credit accounts and monitor customer balances.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and prepare aging reports.
• Ensure compliance with credit control policies and procedures.
• Liaise with sales, accounts and warehouse teams.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in stock control and/or credit control.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Inventory/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
