JOB DETAILS:

Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere is five-star all-suite hotel, offering world class hospitality, luxury and comfort. we are committed to excellence in service and currently looking for a qualified and experienced stores assistant to join our team.

Position: Stores Assistant;
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the day-to- day operations of the stores
2. Receive, inspect and record all incoming materials and stock.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
4. Support the purchasing team in reconciling deliveries and stock levels.
5. Ensure proper storage and issuing of stock in accordance with the hotel standards.
6. Monitor and report stock variances and assist in stock-taking exercise.

Qualifications:
1. Grade 12 Certificate
2. Diploma in Purchasing and supply or equivalent.
3. Member of the Zambia institute of Purchasing and Supply(ZIPS)-mandatory
4.At least two(2) years of hands on experience in stores or inventory management role preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
4. proficient in Microsoft, Excel and inventory management systems.
5. Attention to detail, reliability and integrity.

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
