Background

Congress Network Zambia (CNZ) is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Stores Officer. We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can manage store operations efficiently and ensure proper handling of all equipment and stock.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of retail or inventory management experiences.

Additional Details

Work flexible hours, including weekends, when required

• Receive, inspect, and record all equipment and materials coming into the store.
• Prepare and issue equipment and supplies going out, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Monitor equipment movement to prevent loss, damage, or misplacement.
• Oversee daily store operations and uphold company standards.
• Lead and support store staff to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
