SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations across all departments, including the coffee bar, sales, and cleaning team.

Ensure staff follow company policies, service standards, and hygiene procedures.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate dispatches, and maintain accountability.

Motivate, and evaluate team performance.

Ensure smooth coordination between staff and management to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must have completed Grade 12.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a coffee shop or high-end restaurant.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
