Supply, Delivery and Installation of Optical Coherence Tomography (Oct) Machine Tender at the University Teaching Hospitals-Eye Hospital

The University Teaching Hospitals-Eye Hospital is in receipt of funds from the Government of the Republic of Zambia and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of the funds towards the Contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of an Optical Coherence Tomography OCT Machine.

The University Teaching Hospitals – Eye Hospital, now invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of an Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) Machine.

Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and as amended by Act No. of 17 of 2023 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022. This is open to all interested eligible citizen and local bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents.

Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Procurement and Supplies Officer, University Teaching Hospitals – Eye Hospital on or before 10:00 hour’s local time on Friday, 5th December, 2025.

The bids must be accompanied by a signed Bid Securing Declaration Form in a format provided in the bidding document.

A complete set of Bidding Document in English language must be obtained from Procurement office, upon producing a GRZ Receipt Verified by accounts department. This receipt will be issued by the cashier upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Kwacha (ZMW 1,000.00) to our banking agent located in the Outpatient Department.
