About the role:

Our Client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to oversee stock management, supplier coordination, and demand forecasting. This full-time role will ensure our supply chain runs smoothly, stock levels remain optimal, and growth opportunities are identified through market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels across all product lines.
• Demand Forecasting: Use historical sales data, seasonal trends, and market analysis to prepare re-order proposals (subject to management approval).
• Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers to arrange production runs, negotiate timelines, and track order status.
• Warehouse Coordination: Notify warehouse teams of inbound shipments and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity; suggest potential new product lines or variations.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on stock performance, sell-through rates, and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast demand.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier and warehouse coordination.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Excel (Shopify experience a plus).
• Experience with tools such as Inventory Planner and WMS systems is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
