Spectrum Credit Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Team Leader to join our growing team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team to achieve set performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferably in the financial sector).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
