JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
- Monitor the fleet maintenance systems online
- Troubleshoot technical issues for tracking devices, office equipment and workshop equipment in person and remotely
- Collaborate with mechanics and sales staff across the country
- Provide technical support for IT systems (hardware and software) in person and remotely
- Work with external providers such as internet providers, server hosts, software agencies, machinery suppliers, etc.
- Install and maintain office equipment
- Create various monthly reports for internal operations and external customers
Requirements (mandatory)
- Bachelors in an IT related degree or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong proficiency in Windows OS
- Strong proficiency in anti-virus software, VPN, cloud and local servers
- Proficiency in SAGE
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-initiative
- Good communication skills
- Good teamwork
Requirements (preferred, not mandatory):
- Proficiency in MacOS
- Driving license
- Experience in cyber security
Full-time, immediate start

Level of Education: bachelor degree
