TELESALES AGENTS

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Telesales Agents to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, building strong client relationships, maintaining accurate sales records, and working closely with the operations team to achieve business objectives.
This role offers an opportunity to grow your skills in sales, customer service, client relations, and communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1½ years of relevant call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage confidently with clients and communicate information clearly
- Strong customer service and support skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
