Responsibilities or duties
Drive territory sales through strategic planning and execution
Build and manage strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Lead field execution, ensure product availability and support sales reps
Analyse market trends, track performance and report key insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellence.
Lead a team of ADCs and CEs in your region.
Qualifications or requirements
Bachelors of Business Administration
Strong analytical, leadership and negotiating skills
Proficiency in MS Office and readiness to travel within the territory.
Experience needed
5 to 10 years experience in sales preferably in FMCG
