Responsibilities or duties
Process Transactions: Operate lane equipment, classify vehicles correctly, and process toll payments (cash, credit/debit cards) accurately and efficiently .
Handle Cash: Record and handle cash securely, prepare deposits, and ensure correct change is given to customers .
Maintain Customer Service: Communicate clearly and courteously with drivers, resolving inquiries or escalating when required .
Prepare Shift Reports: Complete shift readings and end-of-shift paperwork, reconciling all documents, receipts, and cash totals .
Maintain Equipment: Perform housekeeping in toll booths, maintain supplies, and ensure all equipment is in good working order .
Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to safety protocols, report incidents or equipment faults, and support emergency procedures .
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
