Qualifications and Skills
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant teaching experience
- Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching Methodology
- All academic qualifications must be certified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)
- Relevant teaching or professional experience is an advantage
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching, research, innovation, and community engagement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and digital skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to institutional growth
