Position:Tracking Officer Assistant

Location: Nakonde, Zambia

Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

l Supply chain monitoring: Track and oversee the movement of Weaverbird products through the Nakonde border, ensuring compliance with customs and logistics requirements.

l Border operations: Liaise with border authorities to facilitate smooth clearance of goods and resolve bottlenecks.

l Data tracking: Maintain accurate records of shipments, advertisements, and tracking reports for management review.

l Compliance checks: Ensure adherence to trade regulations, advertising standards, and company policies.

l Reporting: Provide daily updates on supply chain activities, highlighting risks, delays, or irregularities.

l Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams, suppliers, and border officials to streamline operations.

Qualifications

l Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

l Experience in border trade and customs clearance.

l Strong analytical and reporting skills.

l Ability to work independently in a fast-paced border environment.

Competencies

l Attention to detail in tracking and documentation.

l Strong communication and negotiation skills with border officials.

l Proficiency in digital tracking tools and reporting systems.

l Integrity and commitment to compliance.
