Job Description:

• Support loan processing and recovery activities
• Prepare debit schedules and screen loan applications
• Arrange client appointments and assist with loan disbursements
• Monitor repayments and engage clients to ensure timely payments
• Support sales growth, outreach initiatives, and operational performance
• Learn on the job while gaining practical financial services experience
