JOB DETAILS:

The User Experience (UX) and Product Performance Specialist will be responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), monitoring the performance of digital products, and supporting third-party system integrations, with a strong focus on billing systems and operational efficiency. The role ensures the successful delivery of functional and high-quality solutions in line with business requirements and partner expectations.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 School Certificate , Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business
• Administration, or a related field

Professional Registration:
ICTAZ

Minimum Experience:
2–4 years' experience in UAT, system integration, product operations, or billing systems

Key Skills:
• Very good knowledge of Operating Systems and Databases • Software Engineering and Programming skills in JAVA, PHP or C# • Good knowledge of common API such as SOAP, REST, XMLRPC,

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
