JOB OPPORTUNITY: VAN SALESMAN

An established FMCG company based in the Industrial Area, Lusaka is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Van Salesman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the company sales van and sell products to customers along designated routes.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Ensure timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.

Collect payments and account for all sales made.

Maintain proper stock control and prepare daily sales reports.

Ensure the sales van is kept clean and roadworthy, and report any mechanical faults promptly.

Promote company products and identify new business opportunities.

Follow assigned local routes efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

Must possess a valid Class C Driving Licence.

Proven experience in van sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Good knowledge of local routes within Lusaka and surrounding areas.

Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.

Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Physically fit and able to handle product loading and unloading.
