Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer focused Sales Associate to join our vape shop team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, has strong communicate skills, and is comfortable learning about vape products and accessories. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing knowledgeable, responsible service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Educate customers on vape products, e-liquids, devices and accessories
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Operate the point -of- sale (POS) system and handle cash / card transactions
• Verify customer age and ensure compliance with all local and state laws and regulations
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Restock inventory and assist with receiving stock
• Stay informed about new products, trends and industry regulations
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and returns professionally

Qualification & Skills

• Must meet legal age requirements to work in a vape shop
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Willingness to learn about vape products and safety practices
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate inventory
• computer literacy will be an added advantage
