1. Aid in the overseeing of program and course development and delivery
2. Spearhead Programme Accreditation with relevant Authorities
3. Ensure the availability of required resources for students and staff
4. Develop partnerships with potential cooperative education mentors, organizations and businesses
5. Develop partnerships with potential cooperative education mentors, organizations and businesses
6. Assist in Financial and operational monitoring and reporting
7. Take a leading role in the recruitment of students
8. Identify areas for continuing program development
9. Spearhead staff performance management

Qualifications

1. Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
3. Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
4. O'Level School Certificate
5. 10 Years Experience in Education Administration and Management in a College or University
