Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness in our restaurant.

General Responsibilities:

• Serve customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, tables, and equipment
• Wash dishes, utensils, and maintain hygiene standards
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines at all times

General Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality/restaurant work is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Hardworking, reliable, and presentable
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
