Job Summary:
We are hiring friendly and efficient Waiters to serve customers at our new Quick Service Restaurant in Ndola. This role focuses on providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset quickly to accommodate new customers.
- Handle customer complaints or requests with professionalism and escalate issues to the Floor Supervisor as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist with cashier duties or other front-of-house tasks during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or QSR setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Must be a Copperbelt resident or willing to relocate to Ndola.
